I wanted to create a live wallpaper to give away to people who pre-register for the game. I had created a powerful illustration for the game’s title and wanted to bring it to life. Using particles in a way that is subtle and not too intrusive is always a good way to achieve this.

Tips
After Effects can seem a bit complex, especially if you haven’t worked with similar timeline based programs. It is very powerful though and can help add action and atmosphere to your artworks.
